While digital sketching and structural planning are used during the early design stages, the majority of our production process is executed by hand. Some of our works involve mixed materials, such as crystal-carved elements combined with silver structures, requiring a high level of coordination between design, material behavior, and craftsmanship.

We support both original designs and collaborative projects, including prototyping, refinement, and limited production runs. Depending on complexity, custom or reproduction-based projects typically require 2–4 weeks. For selected designs, small quantities may be kept in stock. When lead times vary, we communicate transparently to align expectations from the outset.

• We will discuss the design with you and provide a final quote.
• Once confirmed, full payment is required before we begin crafting your piece.

3️⃣ Production & Estimated Delivery

• Custom orders typically take 2-4 weeks to complete, depending on design complexity.
• During production, we may reach out for final confirmations to ensure the perfect result.

4️⃣ Delivery & Order Tracking

• Once completed, we will provide product images and arrange shipping.
• After dispatch, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your shipment.
